Uworld harder than nclex reddit I got low to mid-50s on Kaplan. As far as ati vs uworld i absolutely hate ati but i can understand not wanting to pay for uworld but i think uworld is a much better product. Nclex was much more vague than uworld. Our school made us use Kaplan. I cried most of the weekend but then I picked myself up and started studying even harder for the next time I am going to take it. For me, the NCLEX questions and Uworld questions were on par with each other when it comes to difficulty. Uworld was more similar to the nclex but the questions were more vague. It was very hard. I just feel a bit hopeless now because Uworld is difficult and I usually don't get good scores on my practice tests. NCLEX was a lot harder. Oct 28, 2024 · Just like how others have recommended, I would recommend UWorld and Bootcamp. UWorld was nice, but I didn't really feel like it prepared me for the NCLEX as much as people kept saying. Id take boards over ati comprehensive every day of the week. Nclex was nothing like Kaplan. Did UWORLD, listened to Mark K, did not have a structured study plan. Content-wise, UWorld didn't do anything for me. Practice with other apps while in school and then get the 30-day access when you're ready to grind it out and study full time before the test. I scored "very high" on the first three self-assessments with my percentiles being 73rd, 83rd, and 77th. UWorld is great for content and their rationales are very good. They were very similar to UWorld, but the questions are more direct and straightforward compared to UWorld questions. . I do agree with you on ALL your points. I always could narrow the answers down to 2 but both were right in my mind. I also used ati and green lit with 98%. Uworld I was closer to 60+ usually upper 60s. Hurst is good too. A lot of UWorld questions are more specific (they go into more detail) but UWorld also had a lot questions that were very similar to the ones I got on the nclex. For me, they were nothing like ATI. I couldn't tell the difficult questions from the hard ones because to me they were all sorta easy. I really don't think more than 30-days of access is necessary. Basically, do not let it discourage you. Mark is what drove home what to know and prioritization but u world helped me get ready with practice questions. My nclex wasn’t bad at all and from what I’ve been told they made it easier due to covid and demands. I took mine on the 13th and passed in 75. Did the trick and it worked and currently waiting for official results. It's worse to keep changing materials. While your average score gives you helpful information to track your progress, studying the detailed explanation for every answer choice is the most valuable way to spend your time. I say that because the last 5 times I've taken the NCLEX, I got so many SATA questions that I had less difficulty answering them this time around, all because I did UWorld. I also felt uworld prepared me more than enough when it came down the nclex questions. My nclex was all over the place with 30-40 SATA and no particular subject/topic that would keep appearing. UWorld had me in the 83rd percentile after about 1500 questions, which is a “very good” chance of passing. I think the UWorld questions were quite similar to the nclex (especially the new NGN style of questions). I honestly felt like I was taking a test on UWorld during the actual exam. There is NO practice site that compares to the difficulty of the ACTUAL NCLEX , I used Uworld, Hurst,and Bootcamp. I am BEYOND nervous and was curious if anyone who's taken the test feels they are similar/v different than the actual test. Two CATs a day usually at the 68% mark for Uworld, and Pass-Pass to Solid Pass from nurse achieve.
